Comments Netzero Hispeed is a joke. When the hispeed is disabled there is no difference in speed. The only difference is the price. Lately I have been having connection problems with many of the local access numbers in my area so I am cancelling and going with Copper.net

I have been using Copper for about 6 months now and the only complaint I have is that you cannot download large files that take over 4 hours. The service will drop the connection after approx 4 hours. Otherwise it is a great ISP. I have not had to call customer service, but their response to emails is good.

I got rid of Netzero in place of Copper.net and am sure glad I did! I did not realize how Netzero's software was slowing down my computer. Copper also does not monitor my web browsing. Stay away from Netzero! Their Hi-Speed is a rip off.
