I found that by making a temperary connection, i was able to avoid the smart dialer all together. It's not like I didn't try for hours to disable the firewall (which shouldn't even be an issue) and i have yet to be disconnected. Personally I like them(with my temp method) Their customer support is a joke. All three times i called i spoke with could barely speak english, that in itself was discouraging to me. As far as a 900# for technical support I would never call it, I would sooner switch companies. |
