Comments Am very pleased. Do live in the northern California 'outback' so speeds can vary from very high to quite low. Early morning now so is 53,296 and this is the usual. Am lucky to have a small telephone office within one mile. Nobody can offer better service for the Dial Up Internet than ISP.COM for where I live. I do thank you! Mona in Lakehead, CA.
