ISP.COM has a very organized and helpful account management. While changing some account info I noticed that even cancelling the account would easy to accomplish. How refreshing to have a service that puts it's efforts into providing good service rather than constructing hurdles to cancellations. I have been delighted with customer service and with this isp. |
