550access is always shutting me off. Other than getting me back on line twice when the system said I had an invalid passwaord, the technical support has never resolved any of my problems. Why do I stay? I was out of work and could not afford to change my email address with my resume all over the internet. I "am" looking for a new ISP now.
550access has never fixed any of my problems other than my password not working at times. There is no proactive support as they advertise and I see no difference in the web accelerator for which I par. There is no on-line support as they advertise and any phone support costs you. To top it all, at normal work hours, it is almost impossible to sign on... it take several attempts. Access only get good after 09:00 pm. I am looking for a new internet provider.
