Unfriendly and unhelpful support. Entire network, including their website, went down less than 5 days into contract to replace a component. Insufficient redundancy to keep services going while upgrading. Consistant login problems were blamed on user and not on poorly configured servers.
Try elswhere. Customer support reminds me of the blame game ISP's engaged in 10 years ago. Any support that blames me without asking any questions is irresponsible. |
