I needed help with access numbers not connecting to the internet. I spoke with 4 different Tech Support people and they just wanted to explain to me how to install the software. I have been a member for 3 years and the software was already on my computer! I tried every access number in my area code and none of them would connect. Tech Support was very unhelpful and did not listen to what the actual problem was. I am now looking for a different ISP because I have had this problem with People PC 2 times in the past 6 months. I would not recommend their service. |
