SwitchISP is a scam in my view too. They do
heavily promote their referral program, but
haven't paid out (MY) commissions since
sometime in January 2006!
They remove all negative comments from users
on their forum or just shut it down completely from time to time.
Their site promises a lot but they are NOT
delivering any of it . . . Take it from a
member, Stay clear of SwitchISP for now
anyway.
