I had very little time lately to look into this or file a complaint, if the , so called Hi Speed works, it is excellent, but in 90% of my net surfing, I have to stop the Hi Speed to get anything, the download just stops and it is not doing anything and is sitting there.
Frankly and without any disrespect, I have never had anything that bad before, and sooner or later, I will have to look for something else!

Comments Your speed sucks, I had a faster speed with my previous isp, and that one was just dail up with NO HiSpeed and it was $2.- cheaper, if that does not change, I do not think I will stay with you. Sorry!
