I find the personnel at Copper very patient and friendly. The Speed and Performance, I am taking to mean when I boot up, but this is due to my not having the high speed, which for some unknown reason one of my computer's anti-virus will not allow it! However, if it mean speed with which one is taken care of, once one calls then it is a five star.
