These guys have annoyed me so much that I'm almost twitching from their incompetancy and lack of technical support and expertise. My sites are continually down or running slowly and tech support offers no reasons as to why. Of course, that's assuming that they even take the time to respond.
I wonder if they can be nailed for advertising reliable 99% uptime because there's no way there even in the 90 - 95% range. No matter how good their services look to you, do yourself a favor and stay away. |
