There is no proactive support as they advertise and I see no difference in the web accelerator for which I par. There is no on-line support as they advertise and any phone support costs you. To top it all, at normal work hours, it is almost impossible to sign on... it take several attempts. Access only get good after 09:00 pm. I am looking for a new internet provider.
