Most of the timeit NetX works alright, but when it goes down, it is absolutely impossible to talk to anyone or contact them in any way to get the problem fixed. The phone number doesn't work. The office is never open, and even their complaint email address is non-functional. Their system can be down for days at a time and there is nothing you can do to fix it but wait or find another IP. I choose the latter.

 

Love the service. I really like the wireless internet and net phones they offer. Love the look of their website. Customer for 2 years.
