Mikrotec's dial-up service is awesome. I never have trouble connecting and/or surfing on the connection. If I do have a problem it is usually with my computer or something that I have messed up. When I do have these problems the friendly Technical Support staff at the Helpdesk are awesome and usually fix my problem within the first 5 minutes of the call.
